Company Profile
Kevan and Rachel Macpherson started their landscape partnership back in 1991. From this Macpherson and Son Landscaping was created with an emphasis on hard honest work, and quality workmanship - the family business has grown with son Thomas now involved in both landscaping and building for the Company.
COMPANY POLICY
Macpherson and Son is committed to conducting its business in a way that protects the safety of employees, others involved, customers and the general public. The Company strives to prevent accidents, injuries and occupational illnesses through the active participation of every employee. We are committed to continuous efforts to identify and eliminate or manage safety and environmental risks associated with its activities. The Company owns a 2 ha forestry block to offset vehicle and machinery emissions. We are growers of ornamental specimen trees and are passionate about tree planting.
QUALITY SYSTEM
Macpherson and Son are accredited members of Landscaping New Zealand for Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Construction in which we take full responsibilty for the competent delivery of all work undertaken.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Employees are Site Safe Passport Holders, with Workplace First Aid, and Machinery Operator Licences.
